Superb access to beaches and fun family activities nearby!

The hotel provides amazing convenience, as it's just a short walk to the beach and offers tons of family-friendly activities, like miniature golf and bike riding, all right next to the property. I loved the stunning views and the cleanliness throughout our stay, enabling us to relax by the water, catch crabs, and even spot dolphins! There are also plenty of dining options nearby, with some restaurants only a few steps away, making it easy to grab a bite without needing to drive anywhere. However, the rooms could use a little updating to match the quality of the common areas.

The beach access was so easy, and the soft, cool sand felt amazing under my feet! I loved how friendly everyone was—from the staff to the other guests—everyone radiated good vibes! The outdoor pool and live entertainment made each evening special and fun!

Beautiful grounds but some quirks

Really loved the massive property, it feels like you’re on a peaceful island. Super clean room and friendly tram drivers were great. Enjoyed chill evenings outside by the pool with snacks. Just wish there was better access to the beach since it’s 2 miles away, and the decor in our building felt pretty outdated.

The staff is top-notch and really knows how to help without being pushy. The property is super quiet at night and provides a peaceful retreat from the crowd, plus the complimentary mini golf is a fun perk.

The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, allowing us to adjust the temperature to our liking. I appreciated that we had tea and coffee facilities in the room, making it convenient to enjoy a hot beverage anytime we wanted. The sitting area was cozy, offering a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring the resort. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, keeping us connected during our stay. One thing that could be improved is the garden furniture outside. It seemed a bit worn and could use some updating for a more comfortable outdoor seating experience. the availability of free toiletries in the bathroom was appreciated, but I would have liked to see a wider selection for added convenience. While the room did not come with cookware or kitchen utensils, which would have been useful for preparing simple meals, the presence of a flat-screen TV provided entertainment options. The option for dry cleaning services was convenient for keeping our clothes fresh throughout our stay. I found the shuttle service offered by the resort to be quite handy for getting around the property. The free shuttle service made it easy to access different amenities within the resort without the need to drive. A nice touch was the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a hospitable touch to our check-in experience. .

The rental property was lovely, and the convenient tram service made getting to the beach and the village a breeze. arriving at an outdated building was disheartening, especially after anticipating a four-star experience. The rooms fit four only on paper—a king bed and a non-pulling couch left us scrambling. Friendly staff helped out, yet missing information on activities and amenities until the last minute was a letdown. The pool area was a nice retreat, but it quickly became an adventure just trying to get our groceries from the wrong address.

The room was outdated, and I struggled with the TV not working, plus the coffee maker was a bust. I barely slept due to a constant noise overhead—really frustrating for a vacation!

Despite some maintenance issues with our room and facilities, the overall location and amenities offered at the property were quite appealing. I found the view next to the water pleasant, and the resort itself was well-kept. However, some rooms were small, and basic necessities like linens and toiletries were lacking. The convenience of getting around and the spacious 2-bedroom accommodations were highlights for my family. The pool and hot tub provided ample entertainment for the kids, though improvements in room cleanliness and service were needed.
